We are a Federally Qualified Health Center and rely on iSocket to monitor power status and temperature in our server closets and critical medicine cold storage units. It has been extremely valuable in giving us real-time visibility and peace of mind, and has already prevented potential service disruptions. We appreciate the reliability and ease of use. We use security-style IP network cameras and aim for 24/7 availability, but our equipment is often at unattended sites. iSocket has proven to be a great tool to power cycle locked up gateways, modems and cameras, and it is very useful to have insight into local power status — tells us if an offline camera is due to utility power or Internet outage. Before iSocket we were paying $150 callout charges or leaning on partners to reset gateways. Since we installed iSockets those problems are gone, and we can keep our content in front of viewers.
