Excellent overall product. The packaging is very easy to open and efficent in protecting the product. The plastic construction of the device is first class, sturdy plastic with perfect fit and finish. The instruction manual is expansive, 26 pages, which is welcome given many products come with no manuals today. I used the Mobal.com sim. It works just fine in the unit, with generally perfect responses to text message commands. The Mobal sim is free for incoming texts, and the iSocket allows you to turn off outgoing status messages, so I'm hopeful this is a no recurring cost solution for remote power cycling. Customer service at iSocket is very good as well, so this is a great product to solve a common problem of remote server or router reboot. Recommended!
